A lot of people were curious about the spreadsheet app for the iPad that was featured on the 6/2/2011 episode of Extreme Couponing.
According to the woman who was featured on the show, Kelly C., the app is called “Numbers”.
It is a spreadsheet application that works with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch and it costs $10 on the app store.
Couponing is all about saving money, and so $10 may be out of the reach of some people, so I have tracked down some free iPhone and iPad apps that allow you to work with spreadsheets…. enjoy!
- PowerDocs Lite – (Free) – This app allows you to create a spreadsheet in Google Docs, and interact with it on your phone or iPad. Just go to docs.Google.com and start a spreadsheet on your computer. Then download the app, sign into your Google Docs account, and the spreadsheet you created on your computer is right there! You can access it from your PC, Laptops, and now your phone and your tablet! The free version has a small ad bar across the bottom, and the paid version is only $0.99!!!
- GoDocs – ($4.99) – This app also interacts with Google Docs and let you create spreadsheets and edit them on your phone, iPad, and home computers. It does cost money, but it costs half as much as the app featured on the TV show.
If you can afford the $10 app to get your couponing trips more organized, then go for it! For everyone else, I hope these suggestions help!
